“I had the pleasure of working with Jessica over the last 2 years. In my role that reported into Jessica, I have had two other managers previously . What stood out most about working along side Jessica is that she really supported her team and always had our back. The team consisted of other regional divisional merchandising managers across the country; a total of 7. Regardless of day or time zone, Jessica was always there to help guide us through all obstacles that would come up in any role. She is a firm believer of the open door policy and no topic that had to be discussed with Jessica made us feel uncomfortable. Jessica approached everything with ease and helped us come up with solutions to solve each topic that would arise in our respective territories . My biggest admiration of Jessica is that she is a fearless leader, something I learned from her and will take with me in my future roles. She is able to tackle any task, big or small, with no fear; she is not afraid of conflict or confrontation. Jessica is extremely thorough and detail oriented and any company is lucky to have this dynamic and fearless leader.”
