You're leading a virtual team. How can you harness remote collaboration tools for maximum effectiveness?
Consistency is key, as others have said here. I learned the power of connection from one of our top partners, USAA. We always start on time, but spend the first few minutes connecting, celebrating and talking about life (not work). Sets the mood and tone, but most of all we learn about each other. I do this in the meetings I lead. It replaces the office/cube stop by.

Your introverted team members have valuable ideas. How can you unlock their innovative potential?
Always, put aside how you want to be communicated to and communicate how the audience best responds on a individualized basis. I have found power in the DiSC profile with my leadership teams and staff, it makes us more effective. Also, my team knows to be concise with me - "bullets and results" when they meet or communicate with me. I am aware to message them in the way that best suits them. Challenging in bigger meetings, but completely managable, and importantly appreciated.

Your introverted team members have valuable ideas. How can you unlock their innovative potential?
Consistently engage them (the introvert) by thoughtful listening. Give them a voice, without shining the spotlight on them. I like to use the phrase, "...since you have had some time to think about the proposed idea, what are your thoughts?". Also, give them an avenue to present in their comfort zone, like a side-bar or off-line or even in a private chat/text during the meeting.

Envision and lead the relocation of the Avon Care Center from an old Manufacturing facility in Springdale, OH to a new modern collaborative Contact Center / Sales Training site in the Cincinnati, OH suburb of Blue Ash. Negotiated a favorable long term lease, created communication plan, wrote Capital expense request, developed look and feel with design firm KZF. Came in under budget. Conducted the move with zero customer impact.

Lead relocation of SGS Automotive Operations from Forest Park, OH to Mason, OH from initiation to occupation. Negotiated a favorable long term lease, created communication plan, wrote Capital expense request, used 5S concepts to design space and purchase furnishings, and successfully conducted the physical move while only losing 4.5 hours of operations.
