  • Subdivision Development

    Consulting a client on his subdivision development I took the lead role in creating a development district. I successfully presented the proposed district creation to city council for approval alongside the Mayor/President of Lafayette Parish. We then raised the capital for the construction of the development through the sale of public bonds.
