“Kim was a valuable member of the EY Vancouver Professional Women's Network (PWN) board for close to two years. She volunteered for this role, which she carried out in addition to her regular work duties, and brought great energy and dedication to the team. I quickly learned that I and the other board co-chair could hand a project to Kim and "consider it done" - she takes ownership, keeps everyone informed on progress, brings in other collaborators as and when required, and delivers a great end-product. Kim also has the rare ability to anticipate needs and I often found that a detailed communication would appear right before I was intending to follow up on something. Even when she was especially busy with client work, Kim's commitment to the PWN did not waver and she always brought the same level of focus and good humour to our meetings and events. Kim is a fantastic team member with strong leadership ability, and would be an asset to any organization.”
