    Molly has been instrumental in her two years with Core-Mark as HR Director of Corporate Functions. Shortly into her tenure Molly was tasked with the integration of all functions of Core-Mark and Eby-Brown in which she partnered with each individual leader to ensure that there was connectivity, optimization, and synergy identified throughout.     Molly has been instrumental in her two years with Core-Mark as HR Director of Corporate Functions. Shortly into her tenure Molly was tasked with the integration of all functions of Core-Mark and Eby-Brown in which she partnered with each individual leader to ensure that there was connectivity, optimization, and synergy identified throughout. She is a meaningful partner to the business, and one that is responsible for the development and execution of key talent programs and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives. In 2022, Molly took the entire organization, both field and HR, through a robust talent review process, helping to identify and support rising star talent and successors for critical positions. This resulted in the introduction of a rising stars talent development program, aligning key talent with Executive leader mentorships, in addition to her work to roll out Front Line Leadership Training to over 500 Core-mark leaders. Molly and her team also enhanced and developed a comprehensive internship program that infused a new pipeline of next gen talent into Core-Mark. As she navigated a return to office hybrid approach for both our Westlake and Naperville campuses, Molly also ensured that DI&B were at the fore-front of our talent landscape. She has successfully rolled out Unconscious Bias training to our leaders, while planning and executing celebrations and educational sessions to bring further equity and support of our underrepresented communities.
