“I reported directly to Than at Podium for six years. We worked hand in hand during a period of explosive growth and intense pressure. It was an environment with little room for mistakes that would reveal your true colors in short order. Throughout that time time there were three things I could count on: 1. Than had my best interest at heart - we disagreed often and usually passionately and fought over ideas for hours or even days. Never during that time did I ever question if Thans intentions were anything other than to help me grow and progress and end in a good spot. 2. Than had the company's best interests at heart -The goal came first, before ego or feelings we always were rooted in what would get the company to its goals. 3. Than cared - Indifference was never an option, Than was passionate about whatever he did and gave it more energy than most people can give to anything or even everything they do. Than is a mentor for life and someone I'm truly grateful to call a friend.”

I have attended scout camp and high adventure for 11 years and coordinated or suppored coordination of multiple Fundraisers, Backpacking Trips, High Adventure Activities, Overnight Camping Trips, Weekly Troop Meetings, Parent Communications and Spiritual Growth Experiences for young men ranging from 11-18 years old. Highlights are seeing the boys grow into men and become leaders…

Highlights are seeing the boys grow into men and become leaders themselves, spiritually, physically and socially. Some of my best memories include a 50 mile hike in Yosemite, High Adventure Trips to Zion National Park and Mt Shasta, Scout Camp in Lake Powell and freezing on MANY overnight camping trips in Michigan and Utah!
