“Neelay is a highly effective and impactful speaker. He recently guest lectured a graduate enrollment management class I taught for higher educational leaders. The lecture focused on storytelling and amplified the importance of authenticity, simplicity, and practice. Neelay centered these topics in the higher education context, provided thought-provoking analogies, and shared personal examples of success and failure. He also provided actionable steps for the class to use for assignments and future storytelling campaigns in their work. I am grateful for the invaluable perspective and lesson Neelay provided in his guest lecture. I highly recommend tapping him as a keynote speaker and guest lecturer for storytelling, team building, and promoting inclusivity in organizational culture. ”

What are the most effective ways to scale your consulting business while maintaining work-life balance?
Focus on quality over quantity - it's tempting to say yes to everything that comes your way but the best consultants are brands and thought leaders and it's hard to do that when you're chasing everything. Once you identify what you want to say NO to, then look to dive deeper into your focus areas and see what you can scale by: 1. Charging based on the outcome not tasks, and reflecting the value you provide 2. Automating 3. Outsourcing anything that someone else can do so you focus on what only you can do

How can you promote respect and inclusivity for better team coordination?
Communicate in an inclusive way that avoids colloquial references or idioms, particularly if you work with diverse and multicultural teams. "Landing the plane" or "throwing a Hail Mary" might make perfect sense to someone while leaving others confused on what that means. In the words of Steve Jobs, " Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication". To be an effective communicator, you should ensure your ideas are conveyed in a simple and easily understandable manner across a diverse set of audiences and team members with minimal room for misinterpretation.

How do you create a memorable sports logo in the digital age?
Some other elements to consider are how does your logo appear in a mirror image or how can it be modified to ensure it doesn’t create an inappropriate visual appearance of your brand identity. A prominent example of this was the original logo of the London 2012 Olympics which resulted in a formal complaint received by the International Olympic Committee from Iran who claimed the logo spelled out the word “Zion”.
