  • Sophia Leadership Camp "Lunch with leaders" Ambassador

    "In a time of rapid growth and great pressure, the Sophia camp offers young women an opportunity to explore their strengths and unique wisdom in a nourishing environment that will help guide them through the transformative Middle School years with a strong sense of self". As an Ambassador, coordinating the Lunch with Leaders program, we invite women in diverse leadership roles to join us to mentor our next generation of young female business leaders.

  • Womens Entrepreneurship Day a United Nations Initiative

    On November 19th, San Diego's first Womens Entrepreneurship Day came to life with the help of extraordinary women from the Global Shapers San Diego hub and the greater San Diego community. Lolita Taub and Mia Mian organized the event and led as WED ambassadors. Amber Brandner facilitated the binational panel discussion bringing Regina Bernel of USD School of Entrepreneurship, Emma Cruz of Angel Ventures Mexico and Adriana Eguia with CaliBaja and Endeavor together for an explorative…

    On November 19th, San Diego's first Womens Entrepreneurship Day came to life with the help of extraordinary women from the Global Shapers San Diego hub and the greater San Diego community. Lolita Taub and Mia Mian organized the event and led as WED ambassadors. Amber Brandner facilitated the binational panel discussion bringing Regina Bernel of USD School of Entrepreneurship, Emma Cruz of Angel Ventures Mexico and Adriana Eguia with CaliBaja and Endeavor together for an explorative conversation. Lauren Avenius facilitated an open an candid conversation with leading voices in tech and women entrepreneurship. Shannon McCrary lead the discussion on funding and women funded ventures.
    One hundred women met for several hours where they connected with incredible founders and funders.
