    Long-term planning always has been a key element in Denver Water's ability to meet customers’ needs in a rapidly growing, semi-arid region. Today’s customers benefit from a highly reliable water system, much of which was planned decades ago.

    In continuing with those efforts, Denver Water has embarked on a new Integrated Resource Plan, which will help guide decisions related to our water system over the next 50 years. It also is studying the possible water-system effects of climate…

    In continuing with those efforts, Denver Water has embarked on a new Integrated Resource Plan, which will help guide decisions related to our water system over the next 50 years. It also is studying the possible water-system effects of climate change and is working on a variety of future water supply projects, all to ensure that future customers will enjoy the same high-quality, reliable water system we have now.
