“Shane worked for me this past summer on developing the framework for a cutting-edge technology solution to benefit low-income workers: in short, how to harness the power of the digital sharing economy to benefit low-income workers/entrepreneurs. Shane was fantastic. He brings to the table the four qualities I find most important in high-achieving staff. First, hard work, diligence. and professionalism. I never had to worry that the work would get done, and on time. Second, teamwork and collaboration. The project required Shane to work with another visiting entrepreneur, which he handled with aplomb. Third, a positive attitude: courteous, respectful, and generous to others. It's a crucial quality to have. And fourth, creativity. The project required Shane to work w/ only minimal direction, and required different pivots along the way. Shane led the efforts to think differently and critically at each juncture, which allowed us to pivot in ways that were always on point In short, it was a pleasure to work with Shane, and just as important, to get to know him as a person. ”
