“Fedor is a super positive and bright individual I highly recommend for anyone on an entrepreneurial journey or working in a startup aiming to make a great impact. Among his many talents, his ability to turn people into exceptional doers stands out. He provides the tools and guidance to make things happen, transforming not just your work but your life. Unlike other consultants or coaches, he pinpoints areas for improvement and gives realistic, actionable advice. What sets him apart is his deep understanding of the human mind, approaching with empathy and psychological insight. In this AI era, we need someone like Fedor who truly understands people. Working with him and his team was exceptional. I continually seek his insights and ideas. He is an incredible coach at any scale. You’ll never truly understand how good he is until you talk to him. That's the first step I highly recommend.”

Here's how you can acquire new skills in theatrical production through networking.
In my experience the best way to grow is to #dothings with others! Engage in collaborative projects with other theater enthusiasts, such as staged readings, short plays, or fringe productions. Filming etudes and posting them on social media can be super impactful for your career because it’s not a secret that casting directors often prioritize actors with larger social media following. So why not practice the skills while also growing your following? Working alongside diverse talents will help you acquire new skills and expand your network.

Here's how you can secure a raise in a small business using negotiation techniques.
I love how the former FBI hostage negotiator Chris Voss in his Masterclass teaches what he calls “tactical empathy”. This means that counterintuitively going into negotiations with you boss you need to take your boss’s side and think clearly - what is it in it for her/him? Make you proposal based on the clear added value that you will be able to provide to your business and the boss if your salary is increased! Let me know if you need more details on this and good luck!

Here's how you can reignite your passion for business innovation and overcome burnout.
Reigniting your passion for business innovation and overcoming burnout requires a multi-faceted approach. To Reconnect with your purpose - reflect on why you started your business and what drives you. Realign your goals and strategies with your core values and mission. I love the “7 levels deep” framework. Basically you ask your self “why is what I’m doing important to me?” And then to whatever answer you give – you ask again “Why Is THIS Important?”. After 5-6 rounds you get to very deep and personal reasons. Remember, overcoming burnout and reigniting your passion is an ongoing process. Be patient with yourself, celebrate small wins, and continuously adapt your approach as you grow and evolve.

Meet Yong Suk Ignatius Choi, head of US business at Ai Sum, who initially dove into the sea of cold emailing to conquer the American B2B landscape. After sending 100,500 emails with little success, Yong discovered Relevant's playbook of video proposals.
By replacing text-heavy emails with engaging, trust-building video proposals starring himself, Yong transformed from just another face in the crowd to a standout communicator.

At Relevant, we believe B2B sales should be human-to-human (H2H). Personalized video messages not only show prospects you care but also yield incomparable conversion rates.
While facing the camera can be daunting, taking small, impactful steps with Relevant's support can build confidence and the tech stack needed for success.
Yong's inspiring journey showcases the power of swapping cold emails for a "lights, camera, action" approach in B2B sales. 🎬Other creators
