As the first state to mandate EHR use in behavioral health, the State of Minnesota has passed legislation requiring all medical providers, including mental health providers, to use Electronic Medical Records (EMR) by 1/1/2015. This is a higher expectation than the federal legislation which does not include mental health. This committee monitors requirements and identifies vendors who will be in compliance for 2015, educates the community and provides subject matter expertise on behavioral health EMR usage in MN.

The mission of the International OCD Foundation is to help everyone affected by obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and related disorders to live full and productive lives. Our aim is to increase access to effective treatment, end the stigma associated with mental health issues, and foster a community for those affected by OCD.

Youthprise was founded in 2010 to increase the quality, accessibility, sustainability and innovation of opportunities for learning beyond the classroom. Youthprise works collaboratively with municipalities, funders, policymakers, program providers, youth and parents to ensure that all Minnesota youth, especially young people who are traditionally underserved, have access to affordable, quality learning opportunities during out-of-school time.
