“Trey is a force. Not only is she one of the most articulate, giving, and intelligent people I've ever been around, she's also one of the funniest, genuine, passionate, and caring. Trey approaches the subject of diversity and inclusion in the most welcoming and compassionate way I've seen. She's approachable and sincerely wants to engage with anyone who shows even the slightest interest. Besides being able to dice it up with anyone from an academic perspective, she can also build detailed plans and execute on them. I've been witness to her building and implementing her strategy, to hiring a team, to training others, to speaking on panels, and everything in between. In a perfect world, I'd carry a tiny version of Trey in my pocket everywhere; luckily we have smartphones. Trey is one of my favorite people in the world and I cannot recommend her enough.”
