In a recent webinar hosted by San Francisco-based certification body BREEAM USA, Cope Willis, Managing Director of Sustainability at Greystar, joined his peers to discuss the role sustainability is playing as a key differentiator for multifamily developers. Presenting data from Greystar’s resident surveys, in which over half of respondents said sustainability is important or extremely important, it was found that this was consistent across renter incomes and demographics. AI immunity does not exist in any industry. While its potential impact is contagious, it will require significant shifts for architecture and design teams to fully embrace its many applications. Many of our workplace design clients – including SGA (Boston | New York), Elevated Inc., and Spectorgroup – have been making necessary pivots, integrating AI into their processes, and seeing the advantages.
