We are seeking dedicated customer account reps to join our client in Alpharetta, GA.
Pay: $21 - must have a Bachelors degree or higher
Start: 7/22/2024
Location: Onsite in Alpharetta, GA – must live within 25 miles of Alpharetta
Work Schedule: must be open to both shifts
Monday-Friday
3 days per week 8:00am-5:00pm
2 days per week 11:00am-8:00pm
(OT as needed 2 Saturdays per month 8AM-12PM)
Job Duties:
High Volume inbound/outbound calls
Process payments and payoffs
Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Adheres to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures
Effectively contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores (meet qualitative objectives)
Ideal for those looking for an entry-level position in the general field of Customer Service, Customer Accounts, and/or Automotive Finance
Requirements:
1 year or more of call center experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multitask is essential
Bachelor's degree required
MUST RESIDE WITHIN 25 miles of Alpharetta (No exceptions)
