Academic Support - Literacy Intervention, Literacy Specialist (Teacher on Special Assignment), , 4-5 Exploration Teacher

Duties: Work with classroom teachers to provide literacy intervention to at-risk students. Provide specialized instruction to students in grades 4 and 5 in the areas of information and technology literacy, inquiry, and ethical communication. Instruct and assess students on research skills within the content of the MN state social studies and English language arts standards.
Minimum Qualifications: Requires Elementary Ed License or K-6 License. (If providing support to Kindergarten, must have Kindergarten License.)

Start Date: 8/26/24. This position may be filled immediately after 7 posting days (after: 7/3/24) by an appropriately licensed candidate (PELSB Tier 3 or Tier 4 license).
