The Account Executive will work to sell ticket packages, hospitality events, and group ticket packages to any potential customer of the Great Lakes Loons. They will use a variety of qualified leads, cold calling, email, and in-person meetings to assess and recommend Loon's ticket options to best fit the customer’s needs. In addition, they will support, strengthen, and model the values of integrity, respect, service excellence, results, teamwork, and innovation with all the stakeholders of the Great Lakes Loons.
Essential Functions
Sell comprehensive group hospitality packages for the Great Lakes Loons and Dow Diamond to local, regional, and national businesses utilizing all ticket product offerings. This will be achieved through qualified leads, referrals, and cold calls.
Work directly with a new group leads to identify needs in the areas of group hospitality and employee engagement.
Be active in local community events geared toward meeting other business people. This includes attending local chamber events and meeting with service groups throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region.
Work to sell new group ticket outings to schools, churches, scout organizations, youth sports organizations, service clubs, and other community groups.
Have an active role in the planning and execution of specialized group theme nights, including but not limited to: Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, school kids’ days, fellowship nights, and Labor Union Night.
Provide outstanding service to all clients. This includes special requests and assisting with all client needs
Provide effective verbal and written communication with fans and clients in the pursuit of booking services or events.
Document fan and client interactions in a manner that follows the trained CRM usage process.
Demonstrate active listening skills in developing solutions to fan and client needs.
Present yourself in a professionally appropriate manner at all times, including maintaining hygiene, dress, and preparedness for all Dow Diamond-related business activities.
In conjunction with the Assistant GM-Ticket Sales, set specific individual goals, monitor progress regularly throughout the year, and conduct a complete performance review at the end of the year.
Other duties as deemed necessary or as directed
Support Functions
Assist in the setup, execution, and tear down of events at Dow Diamond
Support the facility operations team as needed to ensure the high facility standards of Dow Diamond

Experience
A minimum 1-year experience in ticket sales
