Job Description
We’re looking for candidates who have ample sales experience and a history of over-achieving revenue quotas in past positions.
You will work closely with new prospective customers through a full sales cycle, as well as forming strong relationships with our manufacturing partners. Being able to qualify customers, conduct product demos, and negotiate complex deals at an executive level are all strengths you will bring to Monarch.
Relationship building with our manufacture partners is a huge part of this role, so the right candidate will be outgoing, upbeat, and have strong communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Confident cold calling in order to build pipeline; average 120 dials per day
3 month ramp up
Daily communication and strategy sessions with manufacture partner reps
Be willing to learn our workflow applications and understand the specs of each product line to be able to answer technical or product questions
Have a good understanding of financing and procurement
Be able to consistently hit quota

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $80K OTE TOTAL (base + commission) + uncapped commission
This is a 1099 position, and does include some benefits.
