Accounting Manager ($120k-$150k + 20% Bonus)

My client, a trailblazer in the technology landscape, is at the forefront of the tech revolution, spearheading innovation in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, smart industry solutions, and immersive technologies. Amid an ambitious growth trajectory, they are poised to increase their team by an impressive 25% by the end of 2024. As part of this significant expansion, they are on the lookout for a visionary Accounting Manager to lead their financial operations in Northern Virginia.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable,
• general ledger and payroll.
• Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation including journal entry review and
• balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain financial reporting systems.
• Implement/document processes and controls to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Partner with company controller to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax
• regulations.
• Provide cross functional support to leadership throughout the organization to streamline
• processes and drive operational efficiencies.
• Partner with FP&A to perform ad-hoc financial and operational analyses as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Ability to proactively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government-issued security clearance.
