The Economics Department at Saint Michael's College in Colchester, VT invites applications for an Adjunct Lecturer to teach one section of Principles of Microeconomics in Fall 2024 (Aug 26 - Dec. 9).
You will have use of a regular faculty office and network access. The College uses Canvas LMS for course management. The choice of textbook, assessment, and grading policies are yours but subject to department chair review.

In particular, data and statistics have shown that candidates who are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, women, people from working-class backgrounds, people with disabilities, and others with minoritized and marginalized identities may not apply to jobs when they do not believe they meet 100% of the requirements and expected responsibilities listed in the job descriptions. Requirements
Applicants must have the following:
- A Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, or Public Policy
- College teaching experience
- The ability to teach in person at Saint Michael’s College
- Experience creating and teaching a Principles of Microeconomics course preferred
