Job Description

We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must communicate well with management and team
  • Maintain paper and electronic files accurately
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Ensure customer information is current
  • Monitor customer feedback and report it to management
  • Create reports on customer service metrics

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Excellent computer skills (a must)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing customer needs and demands
