Job Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative functions in support of 2 vice presidents
  • Manage calendars for executives, prepare and submit expense reports, and coordinate travel (when applicable)
  • Manage incoming inquiries for information and direct them accordingly
  • May be responsible for some procurement, drafting communication, or research
  • Coordinate agendas and/or presentations for meetings
  • May be involved with some project management
  • Assist with coordinating team offsites and teambuilding events
  • Partner closely with shared services and other org assistants as well as the broader administrative team

Job Requirements

  • Skilled with Microsoft suite as well as Google applications, including Google Drive and MS Office
  • At least 4+ years of exp in administrative/executive supporting C-level executives
  • 2+ years of experience providing remote support and working asynchronously
  • Experience working at a technology company
  • Discretion, professionalism, and prompt responsiveness
  • Proactive in addressing matters and continuously willing to learn while seeking opportunities to improve operations
  • Knowledgeable of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as an assistant
  • Good judgment capabilities and the ability to know when to ask questions
