Tarvos Talent is actively seeking an onsite experienced Administrative Assistant who will support a sales team for a dynamic company in South Austin. This Administrative Assistant will have extensive responsibilities regarding contracts and proposals.
Responsibilities:
Create, modify, and interpret contracts.
Prepare sales reports and correspondence.
Support CRM and internal coordination efforts.
Coordinate training, events, and travel arrangements.
Manage meeting schedules and agenda preparation.
Coordinate registration for events.
Perform other assigned administrative duties.
Requirements:
High School diploma.
3 years administrative experience.
Experience interpreting, editing, and creating contracts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and mathematically minded.
Able to work well with internal departments.
Calm under pressure with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
College Degree.
Knowledge of complex contracts.
CRM software experience.
Adobe document management skills.
