You will stamp packets with received dates, review in-kind packets for errors, missing, or wrong information, log data in monthly tracking and assessment spreadsheets on SharePoint, resolve issues by making corrections on the form or record notes to verify locations, utilize SharePoint for monthly reporting, make or scan copies, and enter in-kind transactions in Child Plus data program.
Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., with Fridays and weekends off!

What Matters Most

Your Experience
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Two plus (2+) years of prior experience as an administrative assistant is required.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Adobe, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint is required; Child Plus Software Program experience is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
