Roles/Responsibilities:
Provides general administrative support for the executive management team
Creates memos, agendas, reports, general correspondence and visual presentations as requested
Provide calendar management support for the executives including scheduling internal and external meetings
Responsible for coordinating executive travel needs such as flights, hotels, ground transportation, and creating itineraries
Responsible for completing and submitting expense reports on behalf of executive management
Special projects for other departments as requested
Other duties as assigned
High School diploma+ 6 relevant years
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Possess excellent computer literacy with the ability to function in FAA multi-system software applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint
Federal experience in a managerial business in relation to functional responsibilities
Possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and demonstrated professionalism
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Highly responsive to requested needs
Ability to prioritize work and multi-task
Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Ability to work independently without supervision
Ability to work with confidential and proprietary information using utmost discretion
Work remote temporarily due to COVID-19.
