Job Description

ADMISSIONS ADVISOR, EXECUTIVE DEGREE PROGRAMS, Sloan School of Management , toserve as a key member of the Executive MBA (EMBA) Admissions steering committee. Will develop and implement processes for recruiting and guiding a diverse set of candidates through the admissions funnel; act as a first point of contact with MIT, conduct phone calls to evaluate candidates, and contribute insights and expertise on the process; aid in driving the yield and conversation strategy and support the successful execution of on-and-off campus admissions events; develop continuous improvement metrics, both in quality and efficiency of functions and services provided; and identify, recruit, and accept a diverse group of students for the MIT EMBA Program, ensuring an open and inclusive experience for all.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED : bachelor's degree; at least three years of relevant experience; demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service, coordinating and delivering complex and challenging programs, building relationships, multitasking, and working effectively in a pressured work environment; excellent organizational and communication skills; and experience with data management. Seek a self-starter who is able to work effectively both individually and as part of cross-disciplinary teams. PREFERRED : experience in program management and/or recruitment, experience with executive education or working mid-career students, and experience with Slate and/or Salesforce. Job #23384-7

Salary range: $61,850 - 82,700 - 103,550, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity. Generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

Must be able to work on evenings and weekends (approximately 20/year).
