ROLE SUMMARY:
The Agronomist promotes their respective region and owns the relationship between Anheuser-Busch and the farmer. The Agronomist works to provide recommendations and best practices, is responsible for providing feedback to assist in the development of the commercial buying strategy, securing volume through contracts, and ensuring delivery.

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Agronomist promotes their respective region and owns the relationship between Anheuser-Busch and the farmer. The Agronomist works to provide recommendations and best practices, is responsible for providing feedback to assist in the development of the commercial buying strategy, securing volume through contracts, and ensuring delivery.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Agronomic advisor for approximately 70 growers in the North Dakota/Minnesota region.
- Sustainability and Regenerative Agriculture projects as assigned.
- Barley contracting with area growers.
- Scheduling of farm deliveries throughout the year.
- Working with elevator staff regarding any grower issues.
- Increasing and decreasing barley contract volumes as policy dictates.
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field
- Work experience in the agricultural business
- Previous experience working with farmers in crop production
- Interpersonal skills and team orientation
- Leadership skills, comfort level with change, and the ability to lead change
