Duties
This new employee will call on and consult with Ag grower/livestock operations and fertilizer customers to provide agronomic recommendations, nutrient management, and to advise on environmental compliance issues. General duties to include:

- 2- or 4-year Ag-Related degree, Agronomy preferred
- Ag background with good knowledge and understanding of Livestock and Crop Production
- Minimum 2 years providing Agronomic recommendations to area Ag growers
- General knowledge of regulations surrounding livestock operations EXTREMELY BENEFICIAL

Duties
This new employee will call on and consult with Ag grower/livestock operations and fertilizer customers to provide agronomic recommendations, nutrient management, and to advise on environmental compliance issues. General duties to include:
- Providing sound agronomic recommendations
- Developing tailor-made soil nutrient management plans and solutions
- Assisting livestock clientele to remain current with environmental compliance, providing annual reviews of their operating plans and permits as well as making recommendations for changes and/or improvements
- Developing strong business relationships with Ag customers as well as being active within local community representing yourself and your employer in the highest professional manner
- Collecting necessary information for other divisions of the organization and providing timely reports to upper management
