Inceed has partnered with a national breakfast food company to help find a skilled Aloha POS System Engineer to join their team!
In this role, you will be working alongside a couple other Engineers and vendor specialists to help with ticket escalations, project completion, and Aloha POS engineering.
Responsibilities:
Working on projects and taking escalations from Tier 1 and Tier 2
Escalating to vendors (if needed)
Regular rollouts and project implementations
Communicating with operations, marketing, finance
Working with the internal team (with help or training)
Required Qualifications & Experience:
4+ years of IT Experience
2+ years of Aloha POS Experience
Knowledge on running projects
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
NCR Product Experience (back office)
Knowledge with Pen Pads
