Pay Range

USD $65,686.00 - USD $79,140.00 /Yr.

Work Schedule Description (e.g. M-F 8am To 5pm)

M-F 8:00am-5:00pm, CST

Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Contract Performance Analyst to our team!

This position is responsible for providing, gathering, monitoring, and reporting on contractual guarantees for Navitus clients. The Analyst will collaborate with all functional areas to establish and maintain centralized guarantee data and provide corporate and client reporting information. An important aspect of this role includes the facilitation and coordination of communication with internal staff and external customers.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

  • Review RFP requested performance guarantees
  • Compare to previously requested guarantees for consistency
  • Present findings to Contract Performance team
  • Perform outreach for departmental approval of performance guarantees
  • Consolidate responses and review with Contract Performance team
  • Deliver RFP response to Proposal team
  • Enter RFP requested performance guarantees and responses into Sales Opportunity database
  • O ther duties as assigned

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • College degree or equivalent experience required in the field of business administration, contract management, health care administration or related field and/or a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage requirements, maintain deadlines on deliverables, and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contract performance issues.
  • Prior work experience in a contract management role, such as purchasing or contracting preferred
  • Experience in applying organizational standards when developing responses to requests for proposals
  • Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support com pliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
