Reporting to the EVP of Product, the AuthAI Analytics & Innovation Manager will serve as a strategic and operational partner to all internal functions across the AuthAI product, and bridge partnerships with other functional areas and teams across the Availity landscape.

To be qualified for this role you:
• Have a bachelor’s degree in data analytics, healthcare, IT, or equivalent work experience.
• Are comfortable working independently and holding oneself to consistent delivery cycles.
• You are a strong data analyst that can work across different stakeholder groups with varying levels of data knowledge & understanding – most notably account management, sales, engineering, product, and leadership.
• Have the willingness to innovate in complex problem areas, and actively seek feedback to validate and improve tactical innovation within Availity.
• Have strong executive communication skills combined with the aptitude to speak very technical topics when necessary – Need to speak big picture while still mastering the details.
• Have technical skills: SQL (Advanced/Expert), Tableau (Advanced/Expert), Excel (Advanced/Expert), Python and/or R (Intermediate, Advanced/Expert preferred). Experience with business intelligence tools is required to be considered for this role.

What you will be doing:
• Constructing and maintaining AuthAI product reporting, which serves as the foundation for customer reporting, product analytics, network & user analysis, and other internal & external applications.
• Partnering with AuthAI & Availity’s network of external experts, including research teams representing top educational institutions and other industry experts, by serving as the tactical liaison for data & technical requests and supporting the project goals & aims.
• Collaborating with product leadership to identify opportunities for quantitative measurement, configure underlying data structures, build reporting artifacts, and present recommendations & findings to a multi-disciplinary group.
• Conducting comprehensive technical & qualitative research studies for new and existing product areas to deliver material value (i.e., creating new metrics, formally proposing a new product feature, building a new report to track future outcomes). This may require learning new technical skills and consulting with a wide-range of teams at Availity.
• Building proof of concepts with minimal, but sufficient, direction from leadership to quickly assess the viability of new innovation initiatives.
• Representing the AuthAI analytics functions during customer implementations by sharing the reporting methodologies, describing the logic behind KPIs & other value drivers, and proactively serving the customer with data & insights.
