Addison Group has a client located in the western suburbs who is actively looking for an AP & Credit Invoicing Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have at least 5 years of experience working in AP and AR, and a minimum of 2 years of leading accounting teams. This AP & Credit Invoicing Supervisor is a full-time permanent position with an annual salary range between $75000 to $82000 per year depending on experience.
Qualifications
Strong AP and AR experience.
Strong supervisory experience.
Experience working in a manual environment.
Able to do process improvements and move to a more electronic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day AP and AR operations.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting.
Assist with implementing a streamlined process.
Supervise AP and AR staff.
Collaborate with vendors and employees to streamline AP process.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Perform internal and external audits.
