Purpose: This role entails leveraging programming expertise and analytical skills to facilitate the design, development, and enhancement of advanced applications. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, the Application Developer and Analyst will conduct in-depth analyses of user requirements, contribute to the design of innovative solutions, and execute the implementation of robust applications. The role requires a meticulous approach to detail and a commitment to staying current with industry trends, ultimately contributing to the ongoing enhancement of systems, processes, and user experiences.

System Analysis and Requirements Gathering:
Conduct thorough analysis of user requirements and business processes to understand the needs and objectives of applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and comprehensive system specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Application Design And Development
Utilize programming languages and development frameworks to design, code, and implement efficient and scalable applications.
Employ best practices in software development to create solutions that meet functional requirements, security standards, and usability criteria.
Data Analysis And Integration
Analyze and manipulate data to support application functionality, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of data.
Integrate applications with existing systems, databases, and external APIs, facilitating seamless data flow and interoperability.
User Support And Quality Assurance
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify and rectify software defects, ensuring the reliability and robustness of applications.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing to guarantee the effectiveness and efficiency of developed solutions.
Provide exemplary user and hardware support, offering timely assistance to end-users, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring the optimal functionality and maintenance of hardware components to enhance overall system reliability.
Continuous Improvement And Innovation
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements in application development processes.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree in Progress
Experience: Relevant course and work experience of 2-4 years.
Skills/Specialized: Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs, Java Script, React, React Native, Node.js
Or any combination of education, experience, or training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
