Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as an Architectural Associate Drafter located in Woodland Park, CO. The Architectural Associate Drafter will be responsible for creating architectural drawings, performing onsite dimensions/photos, creating floor plans from record drawings or site dimensions, creating construction drawings, redlines, design meeting minutes, PPRBD permit submissions, permit expedition, and assisting with relevant drawing tasks.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Revit, working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
Knowledge of architecture and planning principles
Attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret and create design documentation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Previous experience or internships in a design firm is a plus
Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus
Degree in Architecture is preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation
$15-$18 per hour DOE
