Shift: 5:00AM - 3:30PM

Summary

  • The Winder Operator prepares machines for production by positioning guides and rolls, operates and monitors bobbin winders according to manufacturing specifications, and adjusts controls to regulate machining.
  • Preparing machine for production by positioning, guides, and rolls. Operate and monitor bobbin winders
  • Set up and operate bobbin winders according to manufacturing specifications, following detailed instructions accurately
  • String wire through bobbin winders, adjust counter to necessary footage Regulating machining by setting and adjusting controls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

  • Able to read & follow work instructions Must have good hand-eye coordination Winding experience
