Assist with scheduling and supervision of athletic events.
Coordinate the sale and promotion of tickets at all athletic events.
Supervise the preparation of athletic fields and buildings.
Coordinate the scheduling of game officials with proper authorities.
Coordinate per-game, half-time, and post-game ceremonies at athletic events.
Welcome visiting teams and guests.
Plan and assist supervised traffic control patterns.
Assist in the recruitment of coaches.
Assist in ensuring that all coaches attend required rules clinics, first aid/CPR, safety course and coaching education classes.
Attend athletic contests at home and away as directed by the District Athletic Director
Maintain appropriate professional appearance
Act as a consistent positive public relations agent for school and district programs and activities
Maintain confidentiality of information regarding individual students and their families.
Implement and adhere to all rules and regulations, policies, administrative guidelines, and directives as adopted by the Board of Education, Principal, Administrative Staff, Superintendent, and District Athletic Director.
Maintain acceptable personal attendance without repeated unexcused absences, tardiness, absences without notification, or abuse of sick leave.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Principal, Administrative Staff or Superintendent.
