Position Overview
We're seeking an Assistant Client Manager to join our dynamic team. This role partners with the Client Manager to coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and technicians. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams. You'll oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Define project scope and communicate client standards
Oversee project quality control and file preparation
Coordinate architecture and engineering aspects
Communicate client feedback to the team
Assist in preparing and executing consultant contracts
Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure information integration
SWAT (Special Projects) Focus:
Manage small, quick-turnaround projects
Coordinate architecture and engineering for time-sensitive requests
Assist Client Manager with external communications and add-on services
Update client-requested spreadsheets and expedite project requests
Oversee quality control and revision management for efficient lot processing
Leadership:
Foster collaborative relationships with project teams
Mentor team members on client standards and best practices
Assist in developing project scopes, budgets, and service offerings
Ensure consistent design intent and proper execution
Implement and maintain quality assurance and control policies
Client Interface:
Develop positive, trusting relationships with clients and their representatives
Ensure clear and timely communication of project information
Required Skills And Experience
Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or engineering preferred
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of design trends, construction methodologies, and building codes
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines
