Assistant Fund Controller - Multi Asset Fund

Our client is a multi-strategy fund manager that handles private equity and debt investments.

Responsibilities will include:

• Participating in financial activities for both investment funds and the management company
• Engaging in analytical projects such as valuations, public comparable analyses, and liquidation waterfalls
• Overseeing the collection of data from portfolio companies
• Collaborating with limited partners (LPs) and supporting the investor relations team
• Contributing to the automation of various processes

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (or equivalent) preferred
• Required: 4-6+ years of in-house fund accounting experience at venture capital/private equity/private credit firm, or professional experience in audit group at a public accounting firm or fund admin services firm.
