We are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team! This position will work with the Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.
Compensation:$50k to $65k
Roles & Responsibilities (include, but not limited to the following)
Schedule daily installations
Supervises installers to ensure quality control
Communicate effectively with installers
Identify and cultivate quality flooring installation contractors
Physical review and approve installer payroll
Control installation labor costs
Assist with quarterly physical inventory counts
Assist with various tasks as requested by supervisor or corporate staff
Heavy phone usage and after-hours availability
Requirements
1+ years of management experience preferred
Highly Preferred Bilingual in English/Spanish FLUENT IN BOTH
Flooring experience required
Experience in coordinating routes, dispatching and logistics is required
Resourceful with excellent problem solving skills
Sense of urgency
Strong multi-tasking skills
High quality standards
High school diploma
Physical Requirements
Must be able to be on your feet for long hours
Must be able to lift at least 25 to 50 pounds of various inventory items
