ServiceNet is looking for a natural leader to work in tandem in our 24 hour, 4-bed clinically intensive residential program in Easthampton. The program participants are returning to the community after long term care, so the focus is on recovery and skill-building. We are committed to supporting each program participant in meeting his or her unique goals.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Program Director with oversight and management of the program
Work with clinicians and staff to assist residents in reaching their treatment goals
Oversee Medication Administration, in collaboration with the Program Director
Manage the staff schedule, in collaboration with the Program Director
Interview and hire new staff
Participate in the on-call rotation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and/or relevant experience in mental health field
Residential experience preferred
Positive energy a must!
Computer skills
MAP certification, CPR, First Aid
Driver’s license and vehicle required
This is a full-time position: Tuesday through Saturday, flexible hours, 3pm-11pm or 4pm-12am. Competitive salary starting at $19.57-20.53/hr. In addition, there is a MAP differential of $1.00 per hour, and extra pay for on-call.
