Assistant Project Manager - Multi Family builder/developer

We are a family run Mid Size Texas based multi family builder/developer with an office in Lake Mary.

We have been around for over 20 years and have contracted and developed over $2B in residential developments throught out Texas and the Southeastern United States with over 17K multi family units through 111 developments.

We are actively growing (30% in the last 2 years) and are looking to add an experienced APM to our growing team in our Lake Mary office.

• This position will report to the Senior Project Manager
• Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive in interacting with subcontractors
• Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive in the drafting of client proposals
• Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management
• Work with preconstruction, estimating and scheduling on project estimate and schedule
• Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time
• Perform on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projects
