Job Description:
Use Office suite applications and proprietary software to complete a variety of tasks working alone and as part of a team.
Enter new business applications, initiate the renewal application processes.
Process computer generated policies and assemble them in accordance with departmental standards to ensure the team remains compliant.
Process and issue non-premium bearing endorsements for underwriting teams.
Complete inspection reviews and make endorsement recommendations.
Complete computer modeling of new and renewal business.
Process policy final binds, issuance of claims docs, and loss runs.
Provide significant weather event (hurricane, earthquake) support creating folders and filing claims docs.
Print and process daily outgoing mail for underwriting and respond to returned mail.
Process cancellation, reinstatement, renewals, and conditional renewals for commercial property insurance policies.
Monitor rush Outlook boxes for urgent requests from underwriting and answer those requests.
Process incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis.
