Associate Consultant - Enterprise Application

Position Summary

Join Ferrilli as an Associate Consultant specializing in Enterprise Applications, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting educational institutions with their technology infrastructure. Your main responsibility will involve configuring, enhancing, and maintaining various systems to meet the unique needs of our clients. This associate position requires onsite presence at one of our clients in the Greater Philadelphia area, where you will be a Ferrilli employee working directly at the client site.

Essential Functions

• Assist in configuring and maintaining enterprise systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to understand and address their technology needs.
• Participate in evaluations of systems, identifying areas for improvement.
• Engage with clients to ensure project goals align with their expectations.
• Work closely with our team, contributing insights and best practice.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT or related roles.
• Basic proficiency in relevant systems, such as databases and SQL.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner and/or Slate CRM highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Exposure to project management methodologies is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Previous experience in the higher education sector is highly desirable.
