Associate Director of Admissions Role
50% production/50% training /leadership
Maintain an average score of 85% on all interview/phone observations
Maintain Green Overall and average ROC score of 2.33 or above
Responsibility To DOA
Assist in the hiring process
Support daily activity as needed
Represent the DOA role in the absence of the DOA in team and/or other meeting
Responsibility To Director Of Enrollment Training And Compliance
Minimum of 5 observations per week to included feedback and roleplay with AR/uploaded to proper system
Instruct parts of New Hire training as requested by DETC
Is the main source of shadowing for new hires during 4-week training
Requirements
