The Associate Product Specialist provides technical and/or operational support to projects and programs within the product management organization. They will be responsible for project management of the product releases by documenting, bug prioritization, and ticket management.

- Understand our customers’ needs, work with product leadership to define a product vision, and manage the product’s improvements through to their releases
- Work with stakeholders to create product projects, prioritize, and oversee the execution of these projects through the development lifecycle
- Serve as a growing subject matter expert who can represent the voice of the customer to engineering, QA, PMM, etc
- Conduct research in service of product strategy
- Mediate conversations between Support teams, Engineering teams, and customers.
- 1-3+ years of related experience
- Strong preference for previous experience working in the Hospitality Industry.
- SaaS experience required
- Bachelor’s degree required
