Compensation Range: $28.85-33.65/hr.

, Job Description

Compensation is dependent upon education and experience.

TheProgram Therapistassists and supports clients from admission through discharge. The Program Therapist provides clinical assessments and contributes insightful, practical and meaningful information to the development of treatment plans. They orient new clients to the treatment program and makes introductions to the staff and other program participants. As a member of the treatment team, the Program Therapist meets weekly in collaborative fashion with the treatment team to discuss cases. Licensed clinicians (Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, etc.) and registered interns.

Responsibilities

  • Completes appropriate number of therapy sessions weekly for patients, including family/support system sessions aligned with the patients’ level of care.
    • PHP: one individual session and one family/support system session
    • IOP: one therapeutic session – individual or family/support system, as clinically indicated
  • Responsible for the case management of the patient record, including assessments, individual treatment plan based on patient’s needs, session notes, discharge plan and clinical discharge summary
  • Facilitation of process and psychoeducation groups
  • Responsible for family and social support involvement and documenting in patient record
  • Attends weekly treatment team and/or clinical meetings
  • Serves as a liaison with multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Participates in company trainings, webinars, individual and group supervision, and related meetings
  • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA privacy rules
  • Prepping, portioning and eating withpatients at least once per week.
  • Any other job-related responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Compensation Range:$28.85-33.65hr.

Compensation Is Dependent Upon Education And Experience.

This full-time position isin personat our Columbia Outpatient Program. It has a schedule Monday-Friday, currently between the hours of 9a-5p. (Flexibility needed Monday-Friday 8a-7p, and occasional Saturday coverage from 9a-3p).

, Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in relevant field,required
  • Completion of state requirements to conduct therapeutic interventions,required
  • Holds an active clinical license in the state of MDor operates under supervision and is not yet fully licensed
  • Experience working in behavioral healthcare
  • Obtain CPI certification within 90 days of hire
  • Obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid certification within 90 days of hire
  • ObtainServSafecertification within 90 day of hire
  • Must possess a current driver’s license and be in good standing
