Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the TRIO/Student Support Services (”SSS”) program, ensuring compliance with the program regulations. Manage the overall process of students selected for the Student Support Services program including but not limited to application, recruitment and onboarding. Lead and directs the departmental assessment efforts and assists with DOE reporting. Manage the maintenance of student roster, caseload, files and documentation for program participants.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree. Two years experience in development and/or delivery of developmental educational programming for economically and educationally under-prepared or disadvantaged students. Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse student body, faculty/staff and community. Strong writing skills. Superior knowledge and experience with data collection, analysis and management. Knowledge and skill in the use of integrated software systems, word processing and other software applications. In-depth of experience in student success program delivery to an underserved college student population.
