Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Auditor to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with at least 2 years of auditing experience (internships are acceptable). This position requires good analytical skills to identify and assess risks and exposures across various processes. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is crucial, along with strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits of processes, systems, and operations within the organization.
  • Assist in identifying risks and exposures, and recommend improvements to internal controls.
  • Work closely with the lead auditor and a team of 13 auditors to plan, execute, and finalize audits.
  • Prepare audit workpapers and reports that accurately document audit findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure audit recommendations are understood and implemented effectively.
  • Participate in special projects and investigations as assigned.

Additional Requirements:

  • Certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 year of auditing experience, including internships.
  • Big 4 ot top tier accounting firm experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and exposures.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
