This position within our Claims Department is dedicated to managing Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC), ensuring timely and efficient resolution of all claims. The role also prioritizes delivering exceptional customer service to Century's clientele.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Answer incoming claim calls within 60 seconds.
Adjudicate 20-30 claims daily with effectiveness.
Manage an average of 40+ calls daily.
Professionally respond to all claim inquiries promptly.
Resolve extraordinary claim issues to the satisfaction of customers and clients.
Foster positive relationships both internally and externally.
Collaborate closely with the Claims Lead to resolve issues promptly.
Undertake special projects or other assigned duties.

Education And Experience
High school diploma required; 3-5 years of previous experience in the Automotive Industry preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and claim administration systems.
