In this role, you will develop software for autonomous mobile equipment in the agricultural and construction sectors. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile team, and who can use their creativity to develop code for our machines from user interface to machine control and everything in between.
Duties
Including but not limited to:
Design and validate algorithms and tools for sensor fusion.
Innovate and improve subsystems for mapping, localization, and object tracking for mobile equipment.
Support the application of perception and vehicle planning with multi-body kinematics for company equipment.
Develop data models and apply machine learning algorithms to analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and market dynamics to help plan product development.
Collaborate on the creation of complex algorithms or software architectures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in the field of Computer Science or other specialties such as Robotics, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Physics, or Math and four years of combined experience in Product Development and Autonomy.
Software development skills in C++, Python, and Matlab.
Self-driven/enthusiastic/motivated to solve exciting engineering problems.
Basic knowledge of machine learning and AI.
Basic knowledge of mission planning and IOT connectivity for autonomous devices.
Ability to obtain skills in working with vehicle autonomy.
Travel
Occasional travel is expected of this position.
